High-class winery DOC & DOCG, High class – cellar in the heart of Tuscany on the production of luxury wines as `Vino Nobile di Montepulciano` DOCG, the first in Italy to obtain this label, and
`Rosso di Montepulciano` DOC, already known throughout the world, particularly in Switzerland and Russia.

The company follows the principles of organic farming. All the equipment is technologically advanced as a recently renovated cellar, with rooms for fermentation, bottling, and labeling.
It is a farm that stretches for a total of has. 37 of which are vineyards around . Precisely:
– 13 hectares of vineyards enrolled in `Vino Nobile di Montepulciano` DOCG
– 5.50 hectares enrolled in the `Rosso di Montepulciano` DOC,
– 2.50 hectares enrolled in the `Chianti Colli Senesi` DOC,
– 2 hectares recorded at IGT.
Since the origin of the wineries were two, they have kept both brands `The Convent` and `The
Box`; which facilitates the marketing of the product, especially abroad.
The company has a very high family imprint and aims to produce high-quality wine pursuing this
objective with the dictates of organic farming, but keeping all the traditional features of the typical
Tuscan wine in particular like `Vino Nobile di Montepulciano` and that `red wine oldest in Italy the
first to have obtained the DOCG (denomination of certified and guaranteed origin).
The philosophy and the main objective of the company are therefore to present the high-quality
wine market that is at the same time respectful of health and the environment (all the wines may
bear the label certification `Organic Wine`) as abiding most genuine Tuscan wine tradition.
SIENA REGION
In the Tuscan hinterland, you find Siena region, land of the pleasure couple: wine and thermal
baths.
Siena welcomes visitors by its charming `Piazza del Campo` (the public square), unique because
shaped as a shell and globally known for its architectural beauty, place where the `Palazzo
Pubblico` (the town hall), with its famous tower, overlooks, and where tourists can rest in cafès and
restaurants and buy typical souvenirs in the several boutiques. Near the square, there is the
`Duomo di Siena` (the Cathedral), built in two stages and combining elements of French Gothic,
Tuscan Romanesque architecture, and Classical architecture, the west façade is a beautiful
example of Sienanise workmanship, it is one of the most significant of the Romanesque art.

The area all around Siena city is full of valleys and woods; rows of precious vines and ancient olive groves hills gush over the wine and food tradition, currently more than ever. On the North, between
Florence and Arezzo province extend the Chianti hills, production zone of the Red Wine DOCG (San Giovese 70-100% and a low percentage of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon) peculiar for the
Tuscan wine making way.
